At 'Auria' it has been discovered that the precise location of a tree influences it's performance. Many people have recognised this and, if a tree is not performing well, they dig it up and replant it about 1 metre away.
Remarkably - just as one is able to locate water flowing beneath the ground by divining - David discovered that one can divine to locate the ideal place for the tree one is planting. For years he has been trying to find technolgy that is able to do this.
